Do you need to draw the attention of one or more of your team members to an important conversation? Simply use the '@' sign in conversations notes to notify them.
Quickly Add Team Members to an Inbox
You can mention any member who has access to Salesmsg. If the member you want to notify is not on the inbox, you will be promoted with the option to add the individual without leaving the conversation.
View All Your Mentions in One Place
All your mentions are accessible in one view. From the conversation views dropdown, select the ‘@ Mentions' view and all your mentions will be shown.
