As a Salesmsg user, I'd like a way to include the filters "open", "outbound", "closed", "needs response", etc in my conversation search, so that I can more quickly find exactly the conversation(s) I'm looking for.

Hey Chris Brisson, this is honestly a request just so that we can "rig the system" per se. If we're able to mark certain conversations as priority based on a criteria, we'd be able to sort conversations in a way that works for us.
This is a work around for the fact that SalesMsg can't filter conversations by tag along with filtering for Open, Closed, etc. and sorting by newest/oldest.
