Add the ability to leverage past message threads as a training/knowledge base when setting up a Salesmsg AI Agent.

As a user, I want to connect Salesmsg with my preferred LLM tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) so that I can send messages, manage conversations, and interact with contacts directly from within those tools.

As a user of Salesmsg AI agents, I would like the ability to apply conditional logic (such as tagging a contact based on intent, e.g. date availability requests) that can trigger an internal SMS notification to the business owner or team, allowing a human to review and respond before the AI confirms sensitive information.

As a Salesmsg user using the AI text bot, I want some questions I have a specific verbatim answers for to be answered by the bot with my verbatim answer, so that my messaging is consistent.

Currently each person has to set up their own AI agent and the ones set up from an owner or manager are not visible for team members to engage with the contact is this something that can be added on fairly easily?

I'm noticing our AI agent is making some things up. I would love it if I could simply approve the messages being sent during the "training phase" of the AI agent, and then once it has all. the information to make good responses, I can let it go on its own.

As a Salesmsg Textbot user, I'd like to allow the textbot to use the conversations from my Salesmsg account to help build the model, so that the AI bot can use my already on brand style to communicate

As a user, I want my Salesmsg AI agents to schedule meetings with my customers using my HubSpot meetings links.

As a User, it would be helpful to have the ability to define business hours for the AI Agent when responding to broadcasts. This would allow the Agent to only reply during specified times (e.g., 9 AM–5 PM local time) and remain inactive outside of those hours.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for contacts that submit the website chat widget submission form to be seamlessly enrolled in an AI agent workflow so that the contact can communicate with the agent.
