Auto-Assign Contact Owner After Answered Inbound Call/Text
As a Salesmsg user, I want the ability to have an auto-assign contact owner feature to assign users as the contact owner if they pick up an inbound call with an unknown contact owner or a text message with an unknown contact owner.

Recording Notification
It would be great to prioritize building the "this call may be recorded" prompt on calls as many of us live in two-party consent states so we can't automatically record calls.

Switch calls between devices
An ability to switch calls between devices signed in into the same salesmsg account. RingCentral has this feature. I use it so I can dial out conveniently by copying and pasting a number on my computer, and then switching the call to go to my phone so I can walk around and talk if I need to.

Designate default calling inbox
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to select a default inbox to place calls from so that if I primarily make calls from one inbox, I don't have to select it every time I want to place a call.

Disabling Calling In Salesmsg, removes the option from HubSpot
As a Salesmsg Admin, I'd like to remove the "Call from Salesmsg" option when I am integrated with HubSpot and have my Salesmsg calling settings disabled, so that my members are not confused on which option to select when dialing out from HubSpot using Hosted phone numbers that have third party voice service.

Call Answered / Called You/ Answered by Clarification
Better clarifications on what happened to the phone call. "called you" sometimes appears when someone hangs up during call menu so its confusing to know if called you means the call was missed or answered. It would also be extremely helpful to see clarification on who answered the call, how long it was, ect. The call labels are not very helpful currently..
