Ability to auto-delete audio recordings once transcribed.

I like transcripts/summaries. but most clients don't like the message about being recorded. I'd like to customize a message saying I use the audio for transcription and notes and then delete the recordings. But it doesn't look like there is a way for me to do that.

- How long after transcription would you like the audio recordings to be automatically deleted?

Chris Brisson I'd like the message to be some like "calls are recorded for transcription and notes." Ideally, I'd like to be able to follow that with, audio recordings are deleted after transcription." but don't know if that's a possibility. For me, I mainly use summaries. I'm not sure of compliance issues. But in my experience, when I've led with an announcement that I record calls I get a lot of hand ups. One part of that was I think it was a crappy recording that sounded sketchy. So, I was thinking a personal recording, stating what I actually use it for and my policy on deleting might put more people at ease. I'd also include a statement to let me know if they aren't comfortable and I'll turn it off. But I don't know how to delete recordings or if that is something I can even do manually.
