Our team mostly uses Salesmsg via the mobile app and would be great to have this feature for triaging older messages on the go.

Totally get how having the same blue/yellow/red wait-time color coding in the iOS/Android apps (like the web inbox) would make it way easier to triage older conversations on the go.
