@Cooperative Bobolink: Thanks for posting this — quick couple clarifying questions so we understand exactly what you’re looking for:
1) For “add a tag to searched conversations,” do you mean you want to apply an existing conversation tag right from the search results list (without having to open each thread)?
2) Would this be for tagging one conversation at a time, or do you need to multi-select a bunch of results and tag them in bulk?
3) And for “see conversation on the right side,” are you thinking a split-view layout where results stay on the left and the selected conversation shows in a right-side preview pane so you can click through quickly?
