AI Agent Continue Answering PAST Qualifying

In the beginning I feel like I didn't have this issue, so I'm not sure why it's occuring now and my CSR is working to help me remedy it. But I'd prefer for my AI Agent to continue having a native conversation with the lead even after it qualifies them. Otherwise, it seems to gather the required information and then just ghosts them completely. Please find a way to add this or fix it.

@Celestial blue Horse: Thanks for posting this — totally get how awkward it is if the AI qualifies someone and then goes silent. A couple quick questions so we can narrow it down: after a lead is marked qualified, what would you like the AI to do next (keep chatting/answering questions, suggest next steps like scheduling, or hand off to a human)? And when you say it “ghosts” them, does it stop responding to any message at all, or only certain follow-ups? Lastly, is this happening for every lead once they qualify, or only in some conversations?
