AI Agent-Level Reporting in Analytics

As a Salesmsg user, I want to be able to report on individual AI Agent performance in the Analytics dashboard. Right now, the "Outbound Source" filter only lets you select AI Agent as a broad category — there's no way to break it down by which specific agent sent the messages.
As teams scale with AI Agents, they need to treat each agent like a rep. That means being able to see metrics like message volume, response rate, and engagement broken down per agent — not just in aggregate. Without this, there's no way to know which agents are performing, compare them against each other, or report on AI-driven activity to leadership.
Individual AI Agents should be selectable as a filter in Analytics so teams can track performance at the agent level, the same way they track it for individual team members.

Hey Famous Ant — thanks for the detailed feedback here, super helpful. Totally get why you’d want to break Analytics down by individual AI Agents (vs just the broad “AI Agent” Outbound Source). We’re going to take a look at what it would take to make specific agents selectable in the Analytics filters so you can report on things like volume/response/engagement per agent, and we’ll follow up once we have more info.
