As an AI Agent user (calling or chatting) I would like the option to have the agent generate an internal note summarizing the interaction on AI completion (success or fallback). This would be especially useful for the calling agents so that I don't have to listen through each call.

Vanilla ice Kangaroo Thanks for the feedback — super helpful. Having the AI Agent drop an internal note/summary on completion (success or fallback), especially for calls so you don’t have to re-listen, makes a lot of sense. We’ll take a look on our side and follow up once we’ve got more info.
