As a Salesmsg user who uses AI agents, I'd like to have the ability to use AI to do bulk analysis on the content of the conversations that an AI agent has been having with enrolled contacts.

Chris Brisson I want to compare the AI Agent activity across the team. I suspect we are seeing an increase in engagement afterhours, evenings and weekends and I suspect that is helping our deal velocity. I am looking for the data to support the change in engagement and change in velocity. I am thinking about creating heatmaps by day and within and outside of business hours. And looking for changes over time or perhaps by inbox for:
Time to First Response (TTFR):
• Time elapsed from first contact message to first agent response
• Critical for lead engagement
Average Response Time:
• Mean time between contact message and subsequent agent response
• Calculate for each contact→agent message pair
Response Time Distribution:
• Percentiles: 50th, 75th, 90th, 95th percentile response times
• Histogram buckets: <1min, 1-5min, 5-15min, 15-60min, 1-4hr, 4-24hr, >24hr
