As an Account Admin, I would like the ability to upload more than 20 documents to our AI knowledge base. This would allow our sales people to build AI agents with their preferred content and still leave room for uploading knowledge base documents for other support and marketing base agents to be built.

Hey Zinc white Capybara — thanks for sharing this, super helpful context. Totally get why the 20-document cap can be limiting when you’re trying to support multiple AI agents across sales/support/marketing. We’re going to take a look at increasing that limit and will follow up once we have more info.
