I would like to be able to transfer calls made in Hubspot to other Salesmsg users.

Transferring calls would be extremely helpful for sending customers to different departments instead of them needing to call back. It's definitely a better customer experience to just be sent where you need to go.

Same here! We transfer about 20% of our inbound calls because customers need help with specific products and we'd prefer to work 100% out of HubSpot to do so.
