Include the option to automatically apply a tag every time specific saved replies are used. Said tags can help create contact segments in Salesmsg and/or be used as enrollment triggers for automations.

Increasing Zebra: Thanks for the feedback — super helpful. Just to make sure we’re tracking this the right way: are you wanting the tag to apply to the contact automatically any time that specific saved reply is sent (manual send + automations), and would it be one tag per saved reply or potentially multiple? We’ll take a look on our side once we have that bit of context.

Hi Chris Brisson! The tag could be applied when the saved replied is used (similar to Intercom) or when the message from the saved reply is sent.
Ideally, the option for mutliple tags would be available, but being able to apply at least one tag would go a long way.
