I'd like an inbox-level setting to hide conversations that are assigned to another contact owner, or at least limit users' ability to communicate with contacts who aren't assigned to them.
Our sales reps often forget to change their inbox view to "Yours" and end up responding to other sales reps' leads. They're paid on commission so this causes an incredible amount of conflict.
It would be helpful to have an inbox-level setting that prevents sales reps from responding to already-assigned contacts.
