As a Salesmsg admin, I'd like stale or inactive conversations to automatically close, but I need to customize which inboxes do this and which don't, so that I can more deeply customize how we handle traffic on specific inboxes.

Can the auto-close setting be personalized for individual inboxes? It is not ideal to have this setting be applied at an org-wide level. Each team has different needs for when conversations should be closed out.

Fern green Silverfish Thanks for the feedback — super helpful. Right now the auto-close setting is org-wide, but I get why you’d want it configurable per inbox since each team works differently. We’ll take a look at what it would take to support inbox-level auto-close and follow up once we have more info.
