Automated spam management via tagging

Allow users to tag contacts as "spam" and trigger automated actions, such as automatically blocking the contact, closing the conversation, and excluding them from reporting metrics. Currently, spam contacts must be manually blocked one-by-one through the conversation interface, which is time-consuming and causes spam calls to skew analytics (e.g., response times, missed calls). An automated spam tagging system would save time and provide more accurate reporting by filtering spam contacts out of key metrics.
