As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for the IVR system to have an option for sending preconfigured automated texts to my contacts.

For example, if a contact calls one of my IVR enabled numbers and presses 1 to "schedule service," the system could fire off a text message to that contact with a link to our scheduler.
