I’d like to request a feature that allows users to export full SMS/MMS conversation transcripts across an entire inbox, rather than having to pull conversations one at a time. Ideally, this would include all conversations within a selected inbox, with each transcript showing contact information, message history in order, timestamps, and message direction (inbound/outbound). It would also be extremely valuable to include a date range filter so users can export conversations from a specific timeframe (for example, weekly or monthly reporting). This functionality is critical for teams managing high-volume messaging, as it would enable scalable analysis of conversation data for performance reporting, AI/bot optimization, compliance review, and quality assurance. Without this, users are limited to manual workflows that don’t scale when handling thousands of conversations.
