Currently, users on the salesmsg iOS and Android are unable to accept calls, and then transfer them, or Start a conference call. Both of these features are available on the web browser. Salesmsg is great for our team, but a few individuals need to answer calls from their mobile device. If the caller was connected with them incorrectly, they have to inform the customer to call a different #, instead of being able to say 'oh hey, this is service, but you want to talk to sales? Let me transfer the call real quick'
