Combining custom fields with a Salesmsg FORM (ideally with a unique Edit form submission data per customer) could transform it to a CRM and eliminate the need for redundant workflows; customers and employees would be able to update records to trigger workflows and create a full customer record.

Like David, I too am a Salesmsg user without a CRM. Having to try and figure out Zapier to automatically collect leads with a bootleg drip campaign has been frustrating. I just want to automatically be able to send a few texts to get name, number, email, and address after a client texts a keyword. My final drip would be something like "Thanks! We will have a quote for your property within 24 hours!" Then I will manually respond, but the customer feels like they have talked to someone and I got all their information.

We have an auto responder to leads, and they respond to it. It would be great to be able to bulk message many people the same message. This would be great for follow ups as well. Ex: "Have you given up on this?". You can just mass message this response to all the leads that haven't answered back.

It would be AWESOME to have the ability to have texts (autoresponders) be entered into the system for a certain tag. When a tag is added to a given contact, the scheduled texts get sent to that person.
