@Blizzard blue Orangutan Can you share what happens when you try to import the list — do you get an error, does it hang/spin, or does it say it finished but no contacts show up? Also, is it failing on every import or just this one file? And what file type is it (CSV/Excel/Google export) + where in Salesmsg are you importing it (Contacts import, a specific group, etc.)?
