Click and Drag Conversations to Different Smart Inboxes

With the ability to create sub inboxes and the 'Smart Inboxes' we should be able to click and drag conversations when their status changes. For example I have an inbox with clients that have already booked and one with warm leads. When someone books an appointment, even if I change all their tags, it doesnt put them in my "booked" inbox and it would be nice just to click and drag the conversation to another inbox.

Just to make sure we’re understanding the workflow: are you wanting to be able to click + drag a conversation between Smart Inboxes (ex: from “Warm Leads” to “Booked”) when someone schedules, even after you’ve updated tags/status? If you can share how you’re currently defining those Smart Inboxes (tags, fields, etc.), that’ll help us dig in — we’ll take a look on our side and follow up.
