Conversation assignment by first reply

As a Salesmsg Organization Owner/manager, I'd like a way to set up my inbox so all conversations are "unassigned" until the first user responds. Once a response is sent, I want that conversation assigned to the user who sent the message. So that I could more deeply automate Conversation assignment.

From your Inbox settings, you can set new conversations as "Unassigned" and when the user replies, it'll automatically be assigned to them.
