Data to support business use case for AI Agents

I am looking for data from our account to support a business case for our recent pilot implementing the textbot agent. I want to compare the distribution of conversations with AI agents vs. conversations without AI agents. I suspect that the data should show much more timely engagement due to after-hours responses. I also suspect that the velocity of interactions has dramatically improved, but I need to show evidence in the data of that. Can you help me get to a report or data that will show for different time periods:
Time to First Response (TTFR):
• Time elapsed from first contact message to first agent response
• Critical for lead engagement
Average Response Time:
• Mean time between contact message and subsequent agent response
• Calculate for each contact→agent message pair
Response Time Distribution:
• Percentiles: 50th, 75th, 90th, 95th percentile response times
• Histogram buckets: <1min, 1-5min, 5-15min, 15-60min, 1-4hr, 4-24hr, >24hr
