Deals Stages (Kanban Style)

Gold Canid
In an attempt to eliminate a software like activecampaign.
I'm requesting a "deal" feature to manage the sales pipeline for the contacts we already have inside salesmessage.
This would allow the organization of the stages of each contact AND the communication into one easy to use platform.
Instead of having to use ACTIVE campaign and sales message separately.

Customizable Conversations Buckets

As a user, I would like the ability to mark conversations as 'working', 'not interested' or 'maybe later.' This is a feature in Hatch my team enjoys.
The ability to mark conversations as 'Open', 'Needs Response' or 'Unread' is helpful, but we'd like the option to customize these to fit our teams needs.

As a user, I would like a Sales Pipeline feature for Salesmsg, to be able to move contacts through different sales stages without having to rely on another tool.

Conversation Tags or Properties
F
Front Dormouse
As a Salesmsg User, I would like to give Conversations a Tag or a Property, so that I can generalize what kind of conversation is being had from the conversation list. Also, this could serve as a way to export conversations in bulk that share the same tag or property.
An example would be, I would like to tag a conversation as a Billing, Support, or Sales conversation so that I could see this from the lists of conversations.

Seth, I like the idea, but they would also have to include a world class ESP. In order to get rid of AC you would need fairly large infrastructure to provide email services too.
Then you are really blurring the line.
For me, I like that SM is pretty thin and focuses on specific sms features. I spend my time in Hubspot, not on here. The tight integration is more important to me.
But that is what's great about this right? We all have our needs.
Good luck,
Russell
