When starting a chat, have option to choose which team or department you would like to engage with. Ie Sales, Marketing, Support.

I want the ability for my customers to select which department (inbox) they want to speak with before leaving their information. This will route the message to the correct inbox for the department without having to set up additional workflows.
This is a feature available in Kenect that isn't currently available through Salesmessage.

Thanks for sharing this, Wisteria Rook — super helpful context. I see what you’re aiming for: letting website chat visitors pick a department up front so the conversation routes straight into the right inbox without needing extra workflows. We’ll take a look at what it would take on our side and follow up once we have more info.
