Disable Auto-Response SMS Outside Business Hours

Currently, when Business Hours are configured in Salesmsg, there is no option to prevent automated SMS responses from being sent outside of business hours. If an automation or auto-response is enabled, the message will still send even when the workspace is outside of its configured business hours.

Hello Striped Pinniped — thanks for calling this out. Totally makes sense to want automations/auto-responses to respect configured Business Hours and not send SMS outside that window. We’re going to take a look on our side and follow up once we have more info.

Chris Brisson Hey Chris! Any update on this? Support says that I should be able to just remove the message completely and then it would turn it off, but that is not working.
