Edit Contact Tags From the Contacts Menu

Currently, it seems the only way to edit tags for contacts is within the conversation view or when initially creating the contact. It would be super helpful to be able to have an "edit tags" section from the contacts page > "edit contact" modal

When custom fields are created tags area get at the contact card get's buried. Prospect would like to make tags more visible.

I see we can bulk update tags but it doesn't show which tags already apply to the patient, so we're blindly adding or removing tags.
