Thanks for posting this, Brass Bird — that definitely sounds frustrating. A couple quick questions so we can narrow it down: when you get the “contact already linked” message, do you actually see that contact linked somewhere else (maybe under a different record), or does it still look totally unlinked everywhere you check? Is it happening for every contact in the Unlinked list, or only certain ones (and if it’s only some, do they have anything in common like the same phone number/email or multiple possible matches)? And just to confirm the expected behavior on your end: after you link it, should it disappear from the Unlinked tab right away and show as linked under a specific source/integration (like HubSpot)?
