In several instances, it makes sense for the Franchise HQ Admin to be able to add/remove credits from child accounts.
Key criteria:
See credit balance on 'clients' page
Ability to Add/Remove credits from a child account
Scenarios:
  1. Location closed but they had credits remaining (if HQ paid for the account, they should retain access to the credits)
  2. Location delayed opening - not able to use the full balance of credits in the term
