Guys it's 2026 - get some photo previews in chats

I am constantly getting inbound messages from clients as inspiration photos and its really annoying and inconvenient that i have to download and open each photo in my downloads. There needs to be a photo preview just like Quo and other VOIP services. Its on the mobile app and needs to be a capability on the desktop version.

Thanks for posting this, Linen Sturgeon — totally hear you on how annoying it is having to download/open every image just to see what someone sent. Photo previews in desktop chats makes sense (especially if you’re getting inspiration pics all day). I’m going to pass this to the team to take a look, and we’ll follow up once we have more info.
