- What type of hold music options would you prefer (e.g., genres, specific tracks)?
- How important is the ability to upload custom hold music versus selecting from a pre-set list?
- Would you like the option to change hold music for different contacts or groups?

Chris Brisson nothing specific in mind. Just more basic/regular options, and no I’m not looking to upload custom music or have different hold music for different contacts.
