We are very interested in having a more advanced call scheduling feature that can be managed at the account level. This feature should allow us to send all incoming calls to voicemail with a holiday greeting. Additionally, pairing this with an immediate SMS message would be a powerful tool for our business!

Given that our team includes both office-bound employees and a larger number of field team members, it would be beneficial to have the option to customize each user's calling preferences. This would allow users to choose whether to transfer calls to an outside number, receive calls in the web browser, or answer calls through the mobile app.

- What specific holidays should the call scheduling feature recognize for sending calls to voicemail?
- Would you like the SMS message to be customizable for each holiday or a standard message for all holidays?
- How soon after a call is sent to voicemail should the SMS message be sent?

As a Salesmsg user with a large inbound call volume, I would like to delineate open hours and after hours calls to two unique IVR options (i/e Option when were open and option 1 when we're closed should be two unique paths), so that my customers are better served no matter what time they call us.

As an Organization Owner, I have one main phone number & inbox for all texting on Salesmsg, when a call is placed to that line I'd like the call to forward based on dynamic information (area, contact owner, etc) to a particular member of that inbox via call forwarding.
