Ability to input a saved reply in the App Card in Hubspot.
Would prefer not to have to open the popup every time.

Hey Rational Bandicoot — thanks for the suggestion here. Quick couple questions so we can make sure we’re thinking about the same spot in HubSpot: which “App Card” are you referring to (the Salesmsg card on a contact/company/deal record, etc.), and where exactly are you trying to send the message from? Also, when you say you want to “input a saved reply,” are you looking to insert a saved reply right into the composer on the card without opening the popup, or a different workflow? And is the main reason to avoid the popup just speed/fewer clicks, staying on the record page, or something else — and how often are you doing this each day?

- Please see the image below of the suggested app card
- The team sends all of their messages out of the pop up currently
- Yup that's exactly it! We want to be able to chose a saved reply directly in that app card so the team doesn't have to trigger the pop up each time.
- The main reason is efficiency but it's also helpful to be able to look at the contact page for previous calls, patient demographics, and relevant data we have when composing the message. While yes it's a saved reply there is some tweaking based on past convos, etc
- Right now we would be doing it about 100x/day across the team but transparently we have new partners coming on in Q2 and will 2-5x this volume based on requirements
PS - Great job on the 'State of SMS' webinar a few weeks back I got the chance to join and it was awesome.
