As a Salesmsg user making calls from HubSpot, I'd like the button that looks like a minimize control to actually minimize the call window, or be clearly labeled as closing the widget, so I can view the contact record during a call without accidentally hanging up.

Why it matters: The call window opens over part of the contact record. There's a button on the widget that looks like a minimize button, but clicking it closes the widget and ends the call. When we try to get the window out of the way to check the record, we end up hanging up on the person. Right now the only way to see what's underneath is to drag the window around.

Impact: Accidentally ending calls with leads is a bad experience for both sides and can cost us deals.

How often I'd use it: On most calls where we need to check or update the contact record mid-call. Ideally the widget would have a true minimize option, and closing it during an active call would ask for confirmation first.
