As a HubSpot user and Salesmsg lead, I want all my Salesmsg conversations to live on the HubSpot Conversations page so that I can exclusively use one app for my Salesmsg and SMS conversation needs.

We recently rolled out a BETA for HubSpot conversations.

I see the email to sms is live. Problem is does not thread all text together like a ongoing email conversation. Also, don't have the ability to match the incoming email to the hubspot contact and being able to route to appropriate contact owner.
Looks like heymarket launched there beta to give some insight on what the competition is up to lol

A user asked if they can setup for Salesmsg conversations to come into the conversation inbox like it does for their fb messenger. Hubspot has not opened this up to third party integrations. We should include this in our FAQ

Would love to see salesmsg have the ability to integrate with shared inboxes in hubspot. HeyMarket just emailed me about the beta so I know it is doable. This would make our lives 1000s times easier with not having to leave hubspot inboxes and bounce between salesmsg.
