As a Salesmsg & HubSpot user, I'd like to trigger the creation of a HubSpot Ticket when I receive an SMS.

To expand on this, I'd like to use the conversation status of 'open' to determine when to update an existing ticket rather than create a new one. Example - if a customer has an existing open conversation, add SMS events to timeline, if no open conversation > new ticket
