I don't know if the connection is just currently broken or if this is truly a feature request, but right now when a customer calls in "for the first time" and selects our IVR option to leave a voicemail, a ticket is not created in HubSpot's Helpdesk. I would like a ticket to be created with a voicemail link just like the links that already come through if someone calls back and leaves a voicemail, please.
I have the channels connected and have created a backup flow to send an automated text that does open a ticket, but then my team has to find the information in SalesMSG instead of being provided with a convenient voicemail link that is usually populated.
