As a Salesmsg manager, I would like the ability to mass import and export Salesmsg Saved replies.

As an agency customer, I'd like to save time by not having to manually create canned responses for my client accounts. Bulk importing a .csv of canned messages or a setting to auto-create a 'client' organization with preconfigured settings would be ideal.
