Improve Calendly Integration

I setup the AI chatbot to book appointments but the poor thing was telling people that my schedule was fully booked even though I had openings. Would love for this to be fixed and for there to be a GENERAL sync where clients can pick their own type of service to book (a link to the general calendly schedule) instead of being forced to do one service only. I could see how this would be important for other service providers and technicians. I offer virtual, in-person and housecall type visits and I'd like the user to be able to select the appointment type.

Linen Sturgeon Thanks for sharing this — super helpful context. Sorry the bot was telling people you were fully booked when you still had openings; we can see how that would be a big issue. We’re going to dig into the Calendly sync behavior on our side, and we’ll also take a look at the idea of a more “general” Calendly link/sync so clients can choose the service type (virtual / in-person / housecall) instead of being locked to a single event type. We’ll follow up once we’ve got more info.
