As a salesmessage user, I am missing text messages from my customers due to inbound missing message segment errors. This error means that no messages appearing in the Salesmessage Interface for us and our customer aren't aware that their messages aren't being delivered. Right now the only way to check for this error is through Twilio, however I don't have access to Twilio and it's very reactive. Twilio also doesn't allow for email notification for inbound error 30009.
