Mandarin Starfish Thanks for the feedback — super helpful. A trigger/condition for “inbound MMS only” in Workflows makes sense so you can auto-reply with something like “We received your photo” without relying on keywords/values. We’ll take a look on our side and follow up once we have more info.

In many customer-facing workflows — such as First Notice of Loss in insurance — customers are often asked to submit photos documenting a claim (e.g. crash or breakdown details). When a customer sends photos via MMS with no accompanying text, there is currently no way to automatically confirm receipt.

This feature request is for an automated reply that triggers when an inbound MMS with media (and no text body) is received — sending the customer a confirmation such as:

“Thanks for sending in those photos. We will review them as part of your claim assessment.”

This would eliminate the need for customers to send a separate text message (e.g. “Photos attached”) just to trigger an existing keyword-based autoresponder.
