As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to select multiple filters in the Inbox filter dropdown to better assist my inbound customers.
Current behavior example- if you click "unassigned" then you're not just seeing conversations that are unassigned and still open, but you're seeing ALL conversations that are unassigned. I'd like to be able to select Unassigned and Open to find users that need assistance.
