Segments are shared across the whole organization and show up in one Favorites dropdown. Organizations with many inboxes end up with one long, messy list, and each team has to dig through other teams’ segments to find their own.

Inbox-level visibility: a segment created from an inbox is visible only to that inbox’s members by default.

Thanks for sharing this, Jasmine green Parrotfish — super helpful context. Totally get how one org-wide Favorites list can get messy fast when you’ve got a lot of inboxes/teams. We’re going to take a look at the idea of inbox-scoped segments (defaulting visibility to that inbox’s members) and follow up once we’ve had a chance to review it.
