Quick couple questions so we can understand how you’d want this to work: where in Salesmsg would you expect to see that ActiveCampaign link (on the contact record, inside the conversation thread, or in search results)? And when you click it, do you need it to jump straight into the exact matching contact in ActiveCampaign, or would it be enough to just open ActiveCampaign and you search from there? Lastly, is this mostly for your own workflow or do you need it available for multiple users/roles on the account?
