If a contact is linked to ActiveCampaign, can there be a quick link to their contact page on that platform?

Hey Harlequin Chipmunk — good idea. Quick couple questions so we can understand how you’d want this to work: where in Salesmsg would you expect to see that ActiveCampaign link (on the contact record, inside the conversation thread, or in search results)? And when you click it, do you need it to jump straight into the exact matching contact in ActiveCampaign, or would it be enough to just open ActiveCampaign and you search from there? Lastly, is this mostly for your own workflow or do you need it available for multiple users/roles on the account?

Chris Brisson Good questions. The main goal is speed.
Ideally the link is clearly visible and clickable on the Salesmsg contact record (top of the contact profile would be perfect).
When clicked, it should deep-link directly to that exact contact inside ActiveCampaign — not just open the platform — since the point is to immediately see tags, automations, notes, and engagement history.
Access should follow ActiveCampaign ownership/permissions, so the link is available to the user who owns or has access to that contact in ActiveCampaign.
The workflow is simple: texting a contact → click once → instantly view their full CRM/marketing history in ActiveCampaign.
