I would like an option Roles & Permission configuration to decide if we allow or don't allow a member to close the conversation.

Thanks for posting this, Bronze Cattle — totally hear you on how frustrating that is in a shared inbox. Appreciate the feedback here; we’re going to take a look at adding a permission/role setting so only certain members can “Close” conversations, and we’ll follow up once we have more info.

Just to make sure I’m tracking: you’re looking for a Roles & Permissions setting that lets you control whether a Member can close a conversation (allow vs. block), correct? If you can share which roles you’re using today and where you’re seeing Members close conversations, that’ll help us dig in. We’ll take a look on our side as well.

Chris Brisson We would like to stop members from closing conversations. On our case, Managers are the only ones allowed to do it at their own judgement but the system doesn't have any options to do that and sometimes members will do it.
