'Mentions' Email Notification Setting

As a Salesmsg user, I would like a dedicated toggle for @mention email notifications, separate from the message notification email setting that we have turned off. Our team uses the 'mentions' feature often, and many of us do not want to be notified by email every time we are mentioned, as we regularly check this within Salesmsg. This would give our team members the ability to choose whether or not they want to be notified by email each time they are mentioned in a conversation.

Thanks for sharing this, Yellow green Krill — super helpful context. I can see how having @mention emails tied to the main message notification setting could get noisy if your team is already checking mentions in Salesmsg. We’ll take a look at adding a separate toggle for @mention email notifications and follow up once we have an update.
