More Customer Support, In Various Time Zones

It would be great to have customer support agents in different time zones, so that there is not such a short window for those outside of your time zone. I am working from HST, by the time my shift starts and a problem occurs, all i get is "Back tomorrow" as a reply. Very frustrating to have to pay so much and wait so long for a message response on a platform that is supposed to enhance messaging with customers.
