@Impressed Perch: Quick follow-up so we can understand what you’re expecting here — in Call Analytics for an RVM Broadcast, are you looking to see results per recipient (ex: dropped/delivered vs failed), or just a single entry for the overall broadcast? And when you say it should “show up as a voicemail or call,” what exactly are you trying to track there (ex: voicemail successfully dropped vs listened to, etc.)? Lastly, is this only for RVM sent via Broadcast, or should RVM sent other ways show up in Call Analytics too?
